At Loretta.cc, we believe every child deserves a safe, stable, and loving home. We are proud to provide free foster care referrals to help individuals and families connect with trusted agencies, support organizations, and public resources throughout Los Angeles County.
Our mission is simple: to make reliable information easy to find and help strengthen our community by connecting families with the right resources.
There is never a charge for our referrals. We do not receive referral fees or commissions from any agency or organization.

Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS)
The Los Angeles County DCFS Resource Family Approval (RFA) Program helps individuals and families become approved foster or adoptive parents. Resource families may be relatives, non-relatives, married couples, single adults, renters, or homeowners. The county provides orientation, training, and ongoing support throughout the approval process.

Santa Clarita Valley Resources
Families living in Santa Clarita, Valencia, Newhall, Canyon Country, Saugus, and Stevenson Ranch can begin by contacting Los Angeles County DCFS for Resource Family Approval and foster care information. DCFS serves the Santa Clarita Valley and can connect prospective foster parents with county programs and licensed Foster Family Agencies throughout the region.
